I recently stayed at The Penthouses, 9 Albion Mews for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. Helen & Mark, the hosts, were amazing and made us feel special throughout our stay. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully presented, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with everything within easy reach. The high-quality fittings, fixtures, and furnishings, along with thoughtful touches like welcome baskets and fresh supplies, made this one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in.

This place was perfect for my needs, located in the heart of the city and had lovely toiletries and amenities.

For the price, we got amazing value! The room was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better - close to restaurants and the city centre, yet peaceful and quiet. The staff, especially Helen, were fantastic and even provided a travel cot for our baby. Highly recommended!

The only thing that could've improved our stay was having a wider selection of breakfast options.

Stayed at this lovely apartment in the heart of Chester for a few nights. Immaculate, homely, and equipped with Netflix/Amazon Prime on great TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Comfy bed, quiet area for good sleep. Prompt, polite, and professional responses from Helen and Mark, who provided helpful tips in the welcome pack. Perfect location, no need for the car, with secure parking. Excellent place to stay!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and the personal touches, like homemade fudge and a framed TV photo, were lovely. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and gave us decoration inspiration for our own home. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything but peaceful at night. We can't wait to book our next visit.
